This privacy policy applies to Alarmio and related public-facing support pages operated by Synapse Foundry.
Information we may receive
- Your email address and optional note when requesting TestFlight access
- The selected product and source-page context sent with an interest request
- Information you choose to provide when contacting support
- Basic technical or diagnostic information needed to understand a support issue
- Website analytics or log information associated with public support/privacy pages
Interest-form processing
TestFlight requests are sent through a Google Apps Script form processor to Synapse Foundry. Because the browser receives an opaque response from this processor, the site labels the attempt as unverified and provides a copyable email path.

- To operate, maintain, and improve the product and its support surfaces
- To protect security, prevent abuse, and address technical issues
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that help us operate website, hosting, email, or support infrastructure.
