How we turn a real problem into a product we can stand behind.

Synapse Foundry is an independent applied-AI product foundry. This page documents our operating method, the evidence we publish, and the limits readers should keep in mind.

Useful first. Verifiable where it matters. Honest about what is not yet proven.

1 · Start with friction

Define the user problem before choosing the AI.

We begin with a repeated planning, decision, research, or workflow problem. We map the job, constraints, private data, failure modes, and the smallest useful intervention before selecting a model or automation.

2 · Build a narrow loop

Make one end-to-end path reliable.

Early product work prioritises a complete user outcome over a wide feature list. We test the main path, its failure states, privacy behavior, and whether the interface makes the system’s role understandable.

3 · Release by state

Availability labels mean different things.

Private beta means access is limited or request-based. Public beta means a live product can be tried but may change. Coming soon means interest can be registered; it is not product access or a promised date.

4 · Maintain the claim

Published truth must match the current product.

Product pages, the dated availability record, and machine-readable records are maintained together. If these disagree, the canonical product page and most recently dated status record take precedence.

Evidence classes

What our public claims can—and cannot—establish.

Clear provenance matters more than impressive wording.

Observed

A live first-party page, interface, policy, support path, or public beta can be opened and checked at its canonical URL.

First-party stated

Company identity, product intent, and lifecycle status are official statements from Synapse Foundry, not independent validation.

In development

Coming-soon concepts describe active direction. They do not establish availability, release timing, adoption, or future performance.

Not inferred

We do not ask readers or agents to infer clients, outcomes, rankings, benchmarks, traction, or third-party endorsement without a cited source.

Current examples

The method is visible in the product states.

Alarmio currently offers TestFlight access by request. TranscribeTool is live in public beta. TripSpend and ScriptFlow are coming-soon concepts with interest registration only.

Independent verification

Use the closest primary source.

For company identity, use this domain. For TranscribeTool’s current behavior, use its canonical product website. For availability, use the dated product status record. This methodology is first-party context, not an independent review.

Inspect the current record

See what is live, limited, and still in the foundry.

Every product state includes an evidence URL and a plain-language limitation.
